Tawa is an intraspecific rootstock developed for short growing cycles without affecting the organoleptic qualities of the fruits. The Tawa seed has a very high degree of germinability and uniformity and is  extremely precocius. The rootstock variety improves yields and increases dry matter production in short cycles. Its intraspecific adaptation ensures a very high grating affinity.
