Salmeròn is a beef green tomato suitable for single-fruit harvesting. The indeterminate plants are highly vigorous, with a regular fruit setting, as well as short internodes. The medium-large, round and lightly ribbed fruits have green shoulders, an apple green color and a perfect stylar scar.
